¿Cómo va a afectar la IA al mercado de trabajo?

Una de cada cuatro empresas en Europa ya emplea la Inteligencia Artificial para la automatización de tareas. En España, según datos del Instituto Nacional de Estadística (INE), el 21% de las empresas de más de 10 trabajadores ya integran la IA en sus procesos.

Esta transformación implica grandes retos: se estima que el 40% de los trabajadores deberán actualizar sus conocimientos para mantener su empleabilidad, y un 20% tendrá que reubicarse en nuevas funciones dentro de las organizaciones.
