Red COE
What is the Red COE?
The Red COE is a network of public centres for counselling, support entrepreneurship and innovation for employment. This Red consists of twenty centres: one for each autonomous community and autonomous city, and a Centro Estatal.
The Red works together with the aim of reaching a labour market more dynamic, resilient, inclusive and prepared for the challenges. Its actions are directed to women who work or company.
How come the Public Centres for counselling, support Entrepreneurship and innovation?
The launch of the Red COE emerges as a support of national employment System to manage efficiently, active policy of promoting employment.
The Red COE is a shared space to move an integrative view and to strengthen the collaboration between the state and the autonomous communities in vocational guidance, support entrepreneurship and innovation for employment.
How we can finance the Red COE?
The Red COE is a undertaking envisaged in the recovery Plan, transformation and Resilience financed by the european Union - NextGenerationEU. This plan is a tool of Spain for channelling funds for the recovery of the European union aimed at alleviating the impact of the crisis of COVID-19.
The implementation of the network is the investment Component 23 of this plan, which aims to achieve a labour market more dynamic, resilient, inclusive and prepared for the challenges.
The expenditure and investment to developing and implementing public centres had been financed with funds NextGenerationEU.

What is the structure of the Red COE?
The Network of public centres for counselling, support Entrepreneurship and innovation for employment (Red COE) consists of twenty public centres: one for each autonomous community and autonomous city, and a state school.
The Network works together to provide guidance and support for employment for citizenship through autonomous public centres. The State Centre is responsible for the re-energize and promote the unification of actions of public institutions.

What is the difference between the services offered by the Red COE and SEPE?
The public employment service Estatal (SEPE) is an autonomous body operating under the ministry of labour and Social economy. Was responsible for promoting, design and develop measures and actions of the employment policy at state level.
Among other functions, the SEPE coordinates the launch of the COE and is responsible for the management of the State Centre, as well as public institutions for the autonomous cities of Ceuta and Melilla.
What is the relationship between the Red COE with the national system of Employment?
The national employment System (SNE) is the set of structures, law enforcement measures and actions to promote and develop employment policies in Spain.
It consists of public employment services of the autonomous communities and the public employment service.
The Red COE emerges as specialized support of the national system of employment with the aim of encouraging an inclusive vision of the spanish regions in overall guidance, enterprise and innovation.
